Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Cartridges To Go or purchasing Cartridges To Go products. Errors in Pricing or Omissions (E&OE)

If a Cartridges To Go product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cartridges To Go reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cartridges To Go reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cartridges To Go shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Cartridges To Go without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice

Cartridges To Go may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Cartridges To Go when placing an order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cartridges To Go, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Disputes

Any disputes will be subject to Tasmanian Law

Returns and Refund Conditions

Non faulty cartridge

Good correctly supplied by Cartridges to Go and returned for refund will incur a 15% re-stocking fee and original freight is not refunable.

Refund item criteria:

  • Request via e-mail must be made within 30 days of invoice, before returning
  • Return of cartridge(s) to be arranged and paid by customer
  • Unopened and in original packing, without any markings (please do not write on the box). All products that have markings will be declined.
  • Refund issued upon reciept of the cartridge

Faulty cartridge criteria

All faulty cartridges returned to Cartridges to Go are subject to the original equipment manufacturers terms and conditions.

  • Must have a clear and accurate fault description (does not work is not acceptable)
  • A print sample must be provided
  • Return of faulty product to be arranged and paid by customer
  • Refund issued upon examination of cartridge

Courier

The Cartridges To Go courier requires a signature on delivery, however if this is not possible you can indicate your acceptance of the goods being left without a signature when you “Submit” your order at checkout.
