Shipping Policy

Cartridges To Go delivers Australia wide with overnight dispatch. All orders received before 3.30pm AEST will be shipped the same day upon processing of your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped the following working day.

Orders over $75 will receive FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING. Orders under $75 will incur a shipping fee of $9 per order.

Cartridges To Go does not ship orders outside of Australia.

Delivery Policy

Cartridges To Go make every effort to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, Cartridges To Go will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure your products are delivered within 24 hours from receipt of payment.

Orders will be delivered to you at the address specified on your order.

Courier

Cartridges To Go courier deliveries to a street address will require a signature on delivery to verify the delivery. Someone will need to be available at this address between 8:00am and 5:30pm weekdays to sign for the delivery, so please choose your delivery address carefully. If no one will be available to sign for the goods, please indicate that you accept the goods being left by the courier without a signature when you submit your order at the checkout.
